Returns for Other Reasons
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size selection (please check our size charts carefully)
- Items that don't match your expectations for color, style, or design
- Items damaged due to normal wear and use
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
- Email us at getfurreal@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
Step 2: Return Authorization
- We'll review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, we'll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Package the item securely in original packaging if possible
- Include the return authorization number
- Drop off at the designated shipping location
Refunds & Replacements
Processing Time:
- Refunds: 5-10 business days after we receive and process your return
- Replacements: 2-7 business days to produce + shipping time
Refund Method:
- Original payment method only
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Important Notes
Size Exchanges: While we don't typically accept returns for incorrect sizing, we may offer a one-time size exchange at a discounted rate for first-time customers. Contact us to discuss options.
International Orders:
- Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
- Additional customs fees may apply and are not refundable
Care Instructions: To ensure the longevity of your items, please follow the care instructions included with your order. Damage due to improper care is not covered under this policy.
